Position: Quality System Engineer

Location: Kotka, Finland

Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract

Start date: upon agreement / as soon as possible

Position Description:
We are looking for a Quality System Engineer to join our Quality department team in Kotka. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the company's quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and management of quality-related documentation;

• Responsible for breaking down the company’s quality objectives and for monitoring and managing process performance;

• Responsible for organizing internal and third-party audits, and ensuring issues are resolved;

• Responsible for document control, distribution and version control.

Qualifications & Experience requirements:

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA ,CP and the process approach.

• Familiarity with VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 standards.

• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Mindset and Visio.

• 3+ years of experience from a similar role.

• Good Finnish and English skills are required, other language skills considered to be an asset. Our company language is English.
