Position: Quality System Engineer

Position Description:
We are looking for a Quality System Engineer to join our Quality department team in Kotka. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the company's quality management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation and management of quality-related documentation;
Responsible for breaking down the company’s quality objectives and for monitoring and managing process performance;
Responsible for organizing internal and third-party audits, and ensuring issues are resolved;
Responsible for document control, distribution and version control.
Qualifications & Experience requirements:
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA ,CP and the process approach.
Familiarity with VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 standards.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Mindset and Visio.
3+ years of experience from a similar role.
Good Finnish and English skills are required, other language skills considered to be an asset. Our company language is English.

Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
