Position: Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control Specialist

Position Description:
We are looking for an Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality department team in Kotka. In this role, you will be responsible for incoming raw material inspections and the management of incoming material data. You can find more responsibilities in this role below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finished goods dispatch management, dispatch inspections, maintenance of dispatch ledgers, and preparation of dispatch Certificates of Analysis (COAs);

• Responsible for uploading and maintaining data in the client-side system;

• Responsible for on-site quality management within the warehouse, identifying risks and driving improvements.

• Responsible for incoming raw material inspections and the management of incoming material data;

Qualifications & Experience requirements:

• Understanding of quality management requirements;

• At least 1 year of experience from a similar role;

• Familiarity with inspection procedures;

• Proficiency in Microsoft software;

• Good Finnish and English skills are required, other language skills considered to be an asset. Our company language is English.
