Perform field rounds and monitor and inspect process and equipment conditions.
Perform sampling, material handling, cleaning, and other practical production activities.
Identify process and equipment deviations and take appropriate first actions.

Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures, including LOTO and permit-to-work practices.
Cooperate with Shift Supervisors, Production Process Engineers, Maintenance, and other support functions.
Participate in continuous improvement of safety, quality, process stability, and working methods.

Practical experience in the chemical industry or another relevant process industry.
Experience in field operations and operating industrial process and production equipment.
Experience in operating equipment through local operating panels is considered an advantage.
Ability to identify process and equipment deviations and participate in troubleshooting.
Good understanding of process safety and safe working practices.
Safety- and quality-oriented, responsible, and hands-on approach to work.
Willingness to work shifts and perform hands-on work in the production area.

A valid right to work in Finland is required.
Previous experience in a Finnish industrial environment is considered an advantage.

After site-specific training, you are able to independently operate the equipment within your assigned process area. You understand the basic operation of the process and equipment, recognize typical process and equipment deviations, and can take appropriate first actions safely.
Experienced Production Operator – More Than 5 Years of Relevant Experience
You have more than 5 years of practical experience in production and process equipment operation, preferably in the chemical industry or another relevant process industry.
You have strong hands-on experience in field operations and process equipment. You can independently identify abnormal process and equipment conditions, participate actively in troubleshooting, and support less experienced operators in practical field operations.

Relevant experience may include:
Chemical and petrochemical industry
Battery materials
